Services Provided

Fresh Start Counseling LLC provides mental health services including:

Individual therapy (teens & adults)
Couples counseling
Family therapy
Court-ordered/mandated services
Anger management programs
Life skills & emotional regulation services
Workshops and speaking engagements

All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

No Emergency Services

Our services are not intended for crisis or emergency situations.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:

Call 911
Go to your nearest emergency room
Contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988)

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance
At least 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
Missed or late cancellations may result in a fee

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated
Court-ordered services must be paid before documentation is released

Completion does not guarantee legal outcomes
Clients are responsible for meeting court requirements
Participation must be accurate for documentation

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except when required by law, including:

Risk of harm to self or others
Abuse or neglect reporting
Court orders
