What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will include:

    •    A brief intake and assessment

This is a safe, non-judgmental space focused on your growth and healing.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, depending on the service provided.

What if I miss a session?

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may be subject to a fee.

How long does anger management take?

Program length varies based on court or personal requirements. This will be clearly outlined at the start of your services.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes. Clients who successfully complete their program will receive official documentation or a certificate of completion.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All services are confidential, except in situations required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
